As the Customer Service Advisor you will be handling incoming customer enquiries via live chat, email and telephone, proactively resolving any issues.

Administration duties such as customer letters, other departmental requests on customersâ accounts, customer call backs, KYC.
Identifying and addressing customersâ needs and advising them on our products and services accordingly. Opening and managing personal and business accounts.
Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, booking flights, assisting in any queries, and engaging with our frequent flying members.
The 6 weeks training consists of classroom based training, listening to calls and coaching in the call centre. 37.5 per week (working 8 or 10 hour shifts).
