Positions have arisen at our Call Centre in Brentwood for Online Booking Operatives. There is also an option to work from home permanently however you will be required to travel to our training centre and one of our Essex Dealerships at times.
You will need to be customer-focussed with attention to detail, be PC literate and proactive, be organised and have the ability to work as part of a team. You will be required to maintain the high standards of customer service that are kept within the department and follow a set routine to ensure a good consistent quality with each customer interaction. There will be some telephone work so you need to possess a good telephone manner.
The role is mainly processing incoming service-related leads through our online portals and interacting with customers through Live Chat, creating bookings for our Service Departments and answering customer queries. There will be some outbound telephone work also. You must work efficiently and be able to work under pressure during busy periods.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am – 6pm with an hour break and Saturday 8:30am – 5pm with half hour break or Monday – Wednesday and Friday 8am – 5pm with an hour break and Sunday 10am – 4pm with half hour break.
