Tappit is looking for an organised, motivated and engaging Sales Enablement Manager to provide our Sales team with the tools and information required to allow them to sell more effectively and successfully. This new role is focused on fostering a culture of continuous improvement with the commercial department, through the implementation of different techniques such as training, technologies, market trend analysis, current vertical and new business research and sales process development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, design and successfully implement the sales enablement plan to ensure our Sales team and commercial partners are equipped to sell our cashless payment solution to their specific verticals.
  • Designing, implementing and helping drive the adoption of sales processes to support global sales initiatives
  • Driving continuous improvement and high-performance across our whole Sales team in all key competency and knowledge areas
  • Identifying and amplifying sales best practices across the organization
  • Produce accurate reporting on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs implemented and conducted.
  • Produce informative, articulate and engaging content and documentation
  • Determine opportunities for improving the sales learning experience, and identify innovative techniques for delivery.
  • Engage in market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and markets for our Sales team and products
  • Understand our technology roadmap in order to better understand, position and enhance our Sales teams outreach and offering
  • As this is a standalone role the incumbent will need to personally deliver strategy, plans, implementation, reporting and CRM maintenance


Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience within a high-performing sales organisation in a sales enablement or sales operations position
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the sales environment, including sales methodologies, training, best practices and technologies
  • Ability to successfully work with a variety of individuals across different territories and cultures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially minded with a good sense of business acumen
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills to enable action with non-direct reports
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work as a team where appropriate
  • Experience in working towards and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
  • Experience with Sports, events or SAAS sales is beneficial
