To achieve this we need people who share our passion for positive relationships, protecting our customers and promoting Riverside. As our Customer Satisfaction Officer, you can play a key part in helping us to transform lives and revitalise neighbourhoods.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

The difference you’ll make

You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operation of routine customer satisfaction surveys, sample provision and systems administration.
In this role, you will compile data and perform routine analysis that support Riverside’s customer satisfaction improvement plans, and measure and monitor business unit KPIs through customer surveys. .

Part of your role will include working closely with external customer satisfaction research partners to coordinate day to day activity, survey administration, sampling and routine stakeholder requests in a timely and accurate manner.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of analysing and visualising data in report format for business stakeholders. You will be customer focussed and have the ability to build excellent working relationships.

Essentially, you will be outcome and solution focused with ability to show initiative and propose solutions to issues identified.

You’ll be a great person who is an excellent team player able to work in collaboration and flexible to meet business requirements.
