We’re looking to recruit Assistant Brand Manager to work on the Coors brand.

Reporting into the Coors Senior Brand Manager, you’ll support in the delivery of the annual brand plan across the full marketing mix to a consistent high standard and in doing so you’re going to develop your own marketing skills and experience.
You’ll have the chance to work on some of the freshest marketing activity. From managing the biggest TTL campaigns, to product development, activations in the on & off trade, and delivering some of the freshest events and sponsorship. You’ll take the lead in running your own projects with a great team on hand to support you and world class agency partners to help you deliver it all. And, of course, you’ll continually be looking for opportunities to drive brand performance grounded in analysis and insight, so this role provides a great opportunity to work with the science as well as the art of marketing!
Someone who is passionate about people and creating memorable brand experiences, keeping the consumer at the heart of all decisions. Building a connection with the Coors consumer is hugely important, so we’ll be looking for someone who’s in the know when it comes to knowing what’s fresh, and what’s not, for our consumers.

Well organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a Self starter and deliver results.
Good numerical and analytical skills, to enable brand reporting and budget management and resolving issues in a variety of complex situations
A creative thinker who can generate excitement for new ideas and challenge the status quo.
Experienced in IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) process and able to understand different facets of a brand plan
Experienced in writing a brand brief to an agency
Proven project management skills
A team player, able to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and confidence to work in virtual teams
Passionate about continually learning and developing with an ambitious mindset
Some experience as Assistant Brand Manager or similar marketing role
