OurLineTechnicians play anintegral rolewithinthe Reading Plantmanufacturing facility. Here, at Reading Plant, we manufacture Gillette and Old Spice products, including some of the world's most popular shaving preparations, deodorants and anti-perspirants. We give our people the opportunity to grow their skills and we actively encourage personal development with a promote-from-within approach.

In this role, you and your team will work together on a rotating shift pattern and will provide a thorough handover to the incoming shift.While wecurrently operate a 24/5 shift pattern,this can change depending on business needs.

For this role,you willideally join us from a background whereyouhave applied practical operational skills, including mechanical and electrical, and can demonstrate the following skills:

  • The ability to understandand tackle production and equipment related issues.
  • Ahigh level of personal accountability and ownership for results, not being afraid to seek out challenging tasks.
  • A passionfor discoveringnew ways toimprove equipment reliability- leading to the suggestionandimplementation ofchanges that will help grow the business.
