We are looking to appoint 1 Discharge Hub Admin. These roles will work with all the Organisational Partners associated with patient discharge across Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster Boroughs to ensure that patient flow is rapid and effective.
This role will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and quality administration service to the integrated discharge team and manage and prioritise own workload liaising closely with other administration and discharge team staff, social service and senior managers within the service.
There is opportunity for you to gain a wide perspective in a range of clerical areas and new ways of working e.g growing Discharge hub Delivery. The successful post holders should have a good level of general education, literacy and numeracy skills including word processing and Excel. They should be highly organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills, General office experience, Experience of first line of telephone contact, Use of computers for record keeping, Experience of maintaining filing systems and Experience of working as part of a team. Having receptionist/customer services experience with sound clerical knowledge and proven experience in acute and community hospital environments are essential. You will need to be adaptable to operate in a fast moving environment and have the clerical skills and ability to function in a larger team. .He/she will participate in five day working Rota and have an ability to work 37.5 hours per week.
