  • 5+ years of relevant program/project management experience, preferably in HR
  • A formal qualification in project management, e.g. PRINCE2 or PMP
  • Experience developing, improving and implementing processes in global, large-scale, complex environments
  • Previous experience implementing mechanisms
  • Ability to visualize data and provide business insights
  • Fluent in English

The successful candidate will be a key member of PXT Expansions, which is responsible for global expansion mechanisms and global new site launch implementations – working with multiple process stakeholders to deliver a frustration-free and defect-free Day 1 experience for employees.

Preference for this position to be in one of the following locations: London, San Jose (CRI), Bangalore or Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager for the Expansion Portfolios, which includes New Country Expansions (NCX), In Country Expansions (ICX), Legal Entity Changes (LEC) and New Employee Types (NET), you will be a self-starter who is passionate about discovering and solving complicated problems as well as to design undefined processes. You will create the framework for the delivery of Expansion projects, set the bar on process documentation and project artifacts, build and own mechanism to operationalize best practices and engagement with partner teams. Therefore, you will be working with multiple teams including but not limited to Expansion teams, Tech teams, and business HR teams across the globe.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Creation of playbooks, toolkits, and process documentations for various expansion portfolios
  • Demonstrate strong program management, organizational, and leadership skills to facilitate effective, and collaborative project meetings
  • Set-up and maintain of mechanism to support engagement with partner teams (tech and non-tech)
  • Partner with tech teams and stakeholders to reduce manual work and develop self-service solutions associated with the project delivery
  • Develop new ideas and creative solutions from idea phase to roll-out, including change management and training for Project Managers
  • Identify and drive process improvements across the Expansion teams
  • Serve as overall expansion SME for expansion-related questions and support.
