Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) is an award-winning, multidisciplinary trust providing community and mental health services and learning disability and social care services for a population of 1.3million people in Essex, Suffolk, Bedfordshire, and Luton.
Our Trust values – compassionate, empowering and open – are embedded in how we deliver care to people in their own homes and from over 200 community and hospital based settings and our workforce is key to being able to provide the highest quality care.
We are looking for individuals to join the EPUT team and be part of transforming services in our communities. In return we can offer exceptional education, training and development opportunities as well as a wide range of benefits, which include salary sacrifice schemes and the opportunity to buy or sell up to one week of annual leave to support a healthy work-life balance.
Unlike acute hospital services, Community Health Services, mental health and learning disability services are mainly provided in community settings with defined geographical localities. As a result we operate from various locations across Essex, Suffolk, Bedfordshire, and Luton.
Our approach to recruitment is values based and applicants must be able to demonstrate the Trust's corporates values and behaviors, which are Open, Compassionate and Empowering.
The successful candidate will become an integrated part of the ITT PMO, supporting a single pathway and providing project management across a range of projects in line with PMO governance requirements.
Experience of working in a structured project environment, with the ability to plan, organise complex activities and the ability to work autonomously within constraints of agreed policies and procedures is a must.
EPUT is an equal opportunities employer. We particularly welcome applications from people with experience using Mental Health Services. We also hold the Disability two tick symbol and have made the pledge to commit to employing more people with learning disabilities; we encourage those with a disability to apply.
We reserve the right to close the vacancy early if required due to a high volume of applications and the closing date is given therefore as a guide. We recommend that applicants submit their applications as soon as possible once the advert is viewed.
Offers of employment at EPUT are subject to a 6 month probationary period
Please ensure within your application that you include professional references with business contact information to cover a 3 year employment history. We are unable to accept personal or character references in the first instance.
As a newly appointed employee you are responsible for incurring the cost of your initial DBS check relevant to your post, the amount will be deducted from your first salary with the Trust.
Applications for Job share are positively welcome
The Trust makes every attempt to contact all applicants post shortlisting, however due to the high number of applications we receive if you have not heard from us within three weeks of the closing date your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults, and expect all staff to undertake this commitment. Applicants will be subject to robust safer recruitment processes.
Once the advert has closed your application will be transferred to our third party recruitment system TRAC Recruitment Systems.
