Job Description

Purpose: Responsible for the accurate and timely management of all stock and warehouse processes, using our database/computer systems and those of our customers. Working closely with the customer, the account manager, customer services, and other teams to ensure high service standards are achieved that meet customer expectations.

Working Environment: Significant lifting (up to 25kg), carrying, pushing and/or pulling

Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Picking, checking, packing and shipping of customer capital Equipment orders out of the Emergency Warehouse.
  • Shipping of all marketing materials.
  • Scanning and reconciling all returned items against expected listings.
  • Processing returns on SAP for the weekly consolidated shipment to Kerkrade.
  • Completion of transactions in our custom computer systems and also customer based systems – such as VIGO, Excel, Access and SAP.
  • Loading jobs on to VIGO /DHL for shipping.
  • Processing all complaint returns direct to Kerkrade and completing bi-weekly reports to Customer.
  • Investigate and process transactions in SAP related to Inventory Management
  • Conducting stock counts and managing stock movement including rotation.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of your own work, and work completed by colleagues
  • Investigating of any quality issues within the warehouse, and supporting the management team in continuous improvement.
  • Collecting deliveries from goods-in and delivery to Customer dedicated areas.
  • Facilities management - coffee machine fill up & empty recycle bins, putting up of whiteboards and facilities liaison ref 3rd party contractor.
  • Cleaning and maintenance of warehouse areas.

Skills, knowledge and Experience:

  • Previous warehouse and customer service experience.
  • Excellent IT Skills.
  • Working Knowledge of SAP.
  • Ability to demonstrate stock management experience.
  • Temperature controlled environment.
  • Hospital or Healthcare experience.
