Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Fashion Admin/ Office Administrator to join a leading fashion supplier supplying ladies and menswear to wholesalers, retailers e-tailers across the UK and Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for to join a growing team.. This is a varied role & would be a great career opportunity for someone with experience with working in Administration/ Fashion/ Account holding and managing.

The Role:

  • Covering the reception / answering telephone.
  • Liaising internally with Office, Sales team & Warehouse.
  • Creating picking / delivery notes.
  • Liaising with warehouse regards the orders and deliveries.
  • Raising invoices, credit notes, arranging collections and deliveries of goods.
  • Liaising externally with Customers, hauliers, and Suppliers.
  • Arranging goods to be dispatched with carriers / hauliers as per requirements.
  • Updating customer on-line booking system accordingly and ensure correct details are available.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing orders and deliveries.
  • Checking incoming stock and log onto the system.
  • Ensure consistent customer service.
  • Assisting the shipping/buying department as and when required.
  • Other duties as required.

Skills Required:

  • MUST have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Organized with attention to detail and flexible.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure & in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal skills and a flair for great service and leading by example.
  • Strong skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel software.
