We are looking for a results-oriented, enthusiastic and creative Field Marketing Manager for Northern Europe to develop, execute and optimize integrated campaigns that build pipeline and drive awareness. Integrated campaigns will be aligned with the buyers’ journey and be comprised of market intelligence, reputation efforts, demand generation and sales enablement, requiring cross-functional collaboration among teams within marketing and across Kyriba. Additionally, this role will be responsible for measuring, analyzing and reporting on campaign effectiveness.

You responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Planning and Execution

  • Work within the marketing team to plan and manage the execution of marketing campaigns across Northern Europe using the full marketing mix, as appropriate, including direct mail, email, events, online and social marketing, to build awareness, generate new business leads or progress prospects through the funnel
  • Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders including product marketing and comms to define and develop integrated campaign strategies and goals
  • Create campaign briefs that clearly communicate purpose and goals; drive content development, detailed project management, and budget plans
  • Develop compelling content that targets key personas and aligns with our messaging and positioning


  • Refine and optimise all campaigns to maximise return on investment, with a focus on lead generation and conversion through the marketing funnel
  • Collaborate closely with field sales and BDRs to ensure effective enablement and follow-up

Campaign Analysis and Reporting

  • Review the performance of campaigns across all channels with marketing management. Provide detailed analysis and commentary, make recommendations, and implement changes where necessary to ensure lead targets are met
  • Forecast and monitor ongoing lead attainment against target and work with the wider Marketing team to recommend appropriate actions to achieve and exceed expectations


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline OR equivalent relevant experience


  • Excellent standard of spoken and written English


  • Proactive approach to work
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to review campaigns’ performance and use this intel to optimise future performance
  • Ability to build productive working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborative team player, as well as an independent worker, that performs well in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time and re-prioritise according to changing demands
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self-starter who can work to deadlines and standards with minimum supervision

Technical Experience

  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferable)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems ( strongly preferred)
  • Sound understanding of marketing mix optimisation
  • Strong knowledge of Account Based Marketing

Practical Experience

  • Experience across the full marketing mix
  • Proven track record / experience of being a trusted partner to sales
  • Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns within a B2B organisation (experience in marketing SaaS solutions strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving demand and contribution to the organisation’s pipeline
  • Experience in developing integrated campaigns and programmes
  • Experience in using both online and offline tactics to deliver fully integrated campaigns - including but not limited to email, events, direct mail, online and social marketing to generate new business leads or progress prospects through the funnel
  • Experience in Account Based Marketing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience of working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures
  • Proven ability to use data to optimise campaign performance
