The Team

A dedicated partnerships team, sitting within the ASOS Media Group, works with a selection of the most strategic brands across all ASOS audience touch points, both on & offline. The team has grown significantly over the last few years and consists of a combination of account managers (working directly with brands) & creative management (design and implementation).

The Detail

Working closely with the Partnerships Manager this individual will be responsible for our ‘always on’ creative campaigns and programmatic campaigns for our Face + Body brands. Demonstrating how ASOS’s cross platform marketing opportunities will benefit them, from a brand awareness perspective.

Day to day tasks will involve liaising directly with clients re their marketing objectives, holding regular meetings with the brands and also ASOS Commercial teams, with a keen awareness of how this ties into the marketing strategy for ASOS.

You will work closely with the internal production and creative teams to ensure that your accounts are serviced from creative ideation all the way through to post campaign, delivering campaign reports & insight for clients.

The role needs a multi-disciplined individual able to speak confidently about ASOS’ marketing and advertising opportunities and their benefits across our digital channels. You will need to be an ambassador of ASOS internally and externally facing.

Confident in their style and able to deliver a considered approach to the admin attached to the role. In addition to being proactive, considering and exploring new opportunities and approaches to ways of working.

You will also need to build strong relationships with key internal departments: retail and central marketing to deliver on the campaigns and brand strategies.

The Person

Will need a passion for Face + Body brands. Ideally with experience in the retail, fashion or media setting.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the ‘always on’ marketing commitments for multiple key Face + Body brands. Working through a calendar of requirements throughout the year in a strategic and methodical way to deliver constant, innovative marketing support to the brands.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns from concept ideation, managing client feedback, execution to post campaign reporting with guidance from the Face + Body Partnerships Manager.
  • Work closely with the internal Commercial buying team aligning on and implementing brands monthly marketing support and strategies.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with key brands, as well as internal ASOS teams; especially social, commercial and central marketing.
  • Be the Salesforce ambassador for the Face + Body category.
  • Ownership and understanding of our media planning tool Salesforce
  • Support the Face + Body Partnership Manager on admin and management for Face + Body brand launches.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure that all accounts receive a high level of post sales service, including reporting & insight.
  • Liaise, book, and deliver Programmatic campaigns that drive positive results for the brands. This is a fast paced, growing part of ASOS Media Group.
  • Coordinate with our Programmatic partner agency & brands to deliver multiple campaigns a month.
  • Work closely with our Programmatic Project Manager to produce the creative assets for Programmatic campaigns with each brand.

Skills/attributes required:

  • Proven track record in managing clients, internal teams and presenting.
  • An understanding and key interest across fashion or Face + Body retail would be desirable.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
  • Enjoys forming relationships and confident in speaking and developing rapport across all levels of seniority.
  • Outstanding admin and organisational skills; with a proactive attitude towards meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to be diplomatic when under pressure.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High levels of digital literacy are mandatory; PC literate (Microsoft Office inc. advanced Excel).
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and tenacious attitude.
  • Calm temperament.
