The Care Specialist team acts as a neutral, single point of contact for guiding and assisting Googlers who are navigating an Employee Relations (ER) process and opt-in for additional care. Care Specialists partner with the Googler to support them in their unique experience, identify relevant resources, and help develop a customized care plan as they navigate ER processes.
The Airmax Early Adopter framework is an Employee Relations model that manages all Workplace Concerns and ER investigations, advising and regional disciplinary processes.
