Job Summary

Administrative support to our sales team across EMEA

Job Description

FreeWheel is looking for a sales admin assistant to join our team on a 12 months fixed term contract basis. We are looking for someone to drive the renewal of all our contracts with our clients. You would not be involved in the actual negotiation but would need to work closely with the sales teams across Europe to make sure all our contracts are up to date.

Here are some of the tasks you will need to perform:

  • Keep track of the clients who have/haven’t updated their contract with us
  • Work closely with the sales teams across Europe to make sure all the paperwork is completed in a timely manner
  • Understand the blocker and work with internal teams to solve these
  • Ensure all the paperwork is saved on Salesforce
  • Report on a regular basis on the progress of this project to the senior leadership team.
  • Comply weekly sales reports
  • Some data entry tasks, and other ad hoc assignment as needed

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Be very organised
  • Detailed orientated
  • Proactive, and be comfortable chasing people
  • Have good communication skills and the ability to interact easily with stakeholders throughout the organisation
  • Have some business acumen. Ideally you would have worked within a sales organisation
