This is a huge success story, with this fashion brand less than 2 years old but already making waves with a multi-million pound turnover, and they’re looking for their 1st in-house marketer! They’re looking to continue their growth and this is a great chance to help them continue their journey. They sell through their own e-commerce site, as well as through several huge retailers, as well as smaller boutiques.
You’ll take the lead on their digital marketing output including management of organic social, paid social and paid search campaigns. You’ll manage the strategy and execution of key product launches and campaigns, decide on influencer strategy, and manage campaigns from end-to-end. You will be driving social media strategy in line with business objectives, consistently driving the growth of key channels which are Instagram and Facebook, as well as devising a plan for developing their YouTube, Tik Tok, Twitter and LinkedIn channels.
You should have a positive, hard-working attitude and a real willingness to roll your sleeves up, it’s a very collaborative team environment with a small team at the moment. You should be a self-starter who is highly motivated and passionate about Social Media and Paid Social. Long term this role offers huge opportunities for personal growth, as they expect to significantly expand their marketing team in the next 12 months, and you’ll be in right at the start of that journey.
