6 month contract

Full time 37.5 hours per week

£18525 (£9.50p/h) + benefits

Working as a Customer Service Advisor in our Customers For Life Team, you’ll use your excellent customer service skills to step in and support our customers through their journey with Currys. You'll take ownership and make improvements that will ensure their experience with us is clearer, simpler and faster for them.

In the customers for life team you are in control, you will pro-actively reach out to customers before a problem occurs through Webchat, SMS and phone placing them at the heart of every decision.

As a customer service advisor, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering an excellent customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for queries, providing “right first time” resolutions to minimise repeat queries.
  • Meeting call quality standards in order to contribute to the overall level of customer satisfaction
  • Identifying the root cause for customer pain points

To be a customer service advisor you will need:

  • Great verbal and written communication skills with a confident, friendly approach
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • To work allocated shifts between Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm with 1 in 3 weekends
  • A suitable place to work from home with good internet connection - IT equipment will be provided
  • To live within a commutable distance of site (there may be times we need you there)
