Overall Job Purpose

We are looking for a talented designer to join our fast-paced in-house Creative team to produce innovative and impactful assets spanning across print and digital.

The Designer will be working primarily with key stakeholders within the Marketing Department to help deliver clever, impactful and engaging collateral for campaigns, initiatives and projects all whilst driving forward our unique brand identity.

As you’d expect in a busy studio, you’ll also need amazing attention to detail, be willing to get stuck into a wide range of projects and ensure our brand and tone of voice is echoed effectively across all content.

  • Execute a brief from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to deliver engaging and impactful assets that reflect our vibrant brand.
  • Conceptualise and design a range of assets across print (e.g. brochures, flyers, sponsorship collateral, posters, Illustrative vector design) digital (email design, digital/interactive brochures, web pages for our internal and external platforms.)
  • Create graphic motion design in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate etc.
  • Proficiency in manipulating and creating vector art in Illustrator.
  • To be an avid guardian and advocate of the Vitality brand, in all its forms.

Skills Required


  • You’re creative and acquisition minded.
  • You’re a pixel perfectionist.
  • You have an inquisitive nature and will keep asking questions until you fully understand the brief.
  • You thrive working in a team environment, which can include graphic and UX designers, SEO specialists and a range of marketing teams.
  • You have a natural affinity for the brand and its objectives.
  • You know how to turn technical detail into engaging, easy-to-understand designs.
  • You know how to work in an agile, very fast paced environment.
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is a must.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.
  • Understands best practice for all channels and deliverables; print, digital, social, email, UX.


  • Digital Ad Campaign management.
  • Building dynamic and personalised content ad templates.
