Job Description


With an increasing customer demand, we are currently looking for full-time Customer Service Agents to join our existing H&M Family.

Full Time: Permanent, 39 hour contract

Salary: £9.30 per hour, paid fortnightly

Start dates: September & October

Location: Currently, flexibility for both home working and working from the Edinburgh office when and if required.

Your main responsibility will be to communicate clearly with our customers via phone, email, live chat and social media channels and ensure they are kept at the heart of everything we do by living our values.

Operational hours:

Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 9pm and at the weekend between 9am – 6pm. As a result, we would require you to be fully flexible and available to work any 5 out of 7 days per week.

We are complying with advice from the government to ensure we can continue working within safe social distancing guidelines. This means that applicants must have these capabilities to work from home:

A practical work environment including a comfortable and safe space to work with minimal noise disruption and a table and chair to work from
An internet connection with speeds of at least 200kbps
