We are looking for flexible candidates who want to work in a friendly team. If you want to further develop your customer service career, this is the opportunity for you. Becoming a M&S Customer Advisor provides a full-time role working 5/7 days Monday-Sunday.
Following collection of equipment on DAY 1: 2-4 weeks training from home
Classroom remote style (Microsoft/Teams)
This role is a contract temporary role with some permanent opportunities, once the contract is completed - end Jan 2022. Opportunities to become permanent are offered if you demonstrate an excellent work ethic & absenteeism is low. You will earn £9.50ph basic, £14.25 overtime - paid weekly. Shift patterns run from 8am-8pm.
A Customer Service inbound advisor you will be required to:
Talk through customer queries to understand how to manage their needs
Work unsupervised & deliver quality work across multiple tasks within deadlines
Excellent Written & Verbal communication
Be empathetic to the customer
Have a natural desire and passion to help customers & take ownership of calls to come to an efficient resolution
Creating, amending, & supporting customers with stock queries
Basic computer literacy and keyboard skills
As a Customer Service inbound advisor you will:
Talking to M&S customers regarding any orders made or taken delivery of
Provide an outstanding service experience to customers by managing their queries regarding clothing, food, flowers, cards, and gifting
Supporting customer internationally - not just in the UK
Ensure you are providing each customer with an enjoyable customer service experience & lasting impression, by providing a high level of customer care and attention & demonstrate the values of M&S
Take ownership of customer calls, solving their problems at first point of contact and escalate when required
Complete data entry and processing; you will maintain data entry protocols and carefully record other information throughout your day
Collaborate within the team to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquiries and issues
Desirable but not necessary:
Customer service experience, face-to-face or written communication or over the phone in any capacity
