About Our Team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Following recent and incredible expansion across Europe, we are excited to continue adding to our HR organisation team to attract, engage, hire and develop top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.
We are looking for a HR Graduate who will rotate into 3 different HR departments: Recruitment, HR Business Partnering (generalist) and Learning and Development.

Within the Talent Acquisition team you will support all recruiting activity from scheduling, projects, driving innovative hiring practices and branding. You will be an advocate for our company by providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to every candidate journey while ensuring our processes are efficient, effective, and organized helping us to ensure we are an employer of choice. Within this role you will:
Own interview scheduling and tracking process; communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve candidate experience, recruiting process, and efficiency.
Contribute and support a variety of Talent Acquisition initiatives to drive best in class approach to hiring.
HR Business Partnering
Administration and coordination of HR initiatives
Supporting our HRBPs with day to day operational activity
Support our employees with ad-hoc requests
Learning & Development
Support L&D team with daily activities, from coordination to animation and follow up
Manage pre-program & post-program activities
Analyze and update existing processes and suggest improvements.
Support the organization with needs collection and aggregation
Work on brand , design and comms for our team identity
You will be graduating in 2022 and have completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums.
