This role is to work within our HR Service Centre, delivering a high-quality HR administration and query resolution service to MAG employees.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, IT and administration skills and while a HR background is desirable it is not compulsory.
Principle Accountabilities include:
Suitable applicants will have previous experience in a customer service environment and proven interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise professionally and confidently at all levels. Experience of the following is also desired:

Monday – Friday (36.25hrs per week)
Flexible/hybrid working (minimum of 1 day in the office)
