Joining our Creator & Partnerships team at TikTok you'll be key in creating and developing our creator community and partnerships strategy.
Our Creator team focuses on finding diverse, talented creators who want to showcase their talent, insight, perspective and ideas on TikTok.
Our Partnership team focuses on finding media outlets that want to further showcase their products and ideas and/or partner with creators/public figures/media.
We focus on how we can partner, onboard, retain, link and growth these creators and media outlets (and their ideas) across the globe.
You will have the chance to understand how TikTok drives content selection and growth through partners and creators supporting their journey on the platform and creating content experiences for our users.
Establish contact with creators, media partners, managed talent, supports project planning and execution under limited supervision
Manages contact with creators or execute strategy under guidance with a certain level of supervision
Identify and grasp the key points of work with fast learning speed. Able to complete routine work smoothly and knows when and how to seek guidance and/or approval from the leader
Help support and execute the regional content plans, growing priority verticals and communities on the platform
Generate leads and onboard creators across different categories and communities
Foster strong relationships with targeted publishers and creators
Work directly with existing creator & partner communities
Understand and support the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders
You must be in your final year and looking to graduate in 2022 with a degree in communication, PR, journalism, Marketing, or any related subject.
Have an understanding of the creator industry, have an idea of the positioning and competitiveness comparison of each product
Have a basic understanding of the business model of the product and company
Are familiar with content strategy and able to identify potential risks or opportunities when reviewing creator content
Understand project tasks, can make judgment independently on basic issues
Able to use basic tools to execute routine or assigned tasks precisely
Able to complete heavy operational tasks and learn insights from it (eg, data entry, asset trafficking, etc.)
