Location: UK/Flexible, with ideally 2 days in the office (HQ is in Bristol)

Role Mission:

In the role of Social & Digital Brand Manager, you’ll work to optimiseall stages of our digital marketing funnel. From awareness to conversion, you’ll understand how to maximise our digital & social channels (organic & paid) through compelling content which tells the story of our brand in an engaging & inspiring way. Over the next 12 months we plan to double down on our mission to become the UK’s favourite non-alcoholic spirit, being more like ‘the best friend’. We’re after a driven, energetic and creative individual to drive forward that mission – unlocking greater levels of brand affinity, building consumer tribes. The right person for this role is entrepreneurial at heart, and loves brands that are founder-led, and have a clear purpose.


Social & Digital Media Execution

  • Partner with the Marketing Director to continually refine our strategy for organic social for all channels, both those where we are already building strong communities (Facebook, Instagram), and those that represent the biggest opportunities for growth (Pinterest, TikTok, Clubhouse etc). With a focus on driving the growth and engagement of our social communities, our strategy for each channel should include best practice tactics to meet ambitious growth targets and drive brilliant ‘brand love’ to keep our audience engaged and interactive.
  • Delivery and sign off on all social content, both paid and organic, to ensure we are adhering to our TOV and delivering on-brand communication that work to educate, nurture and entertain our social audiences and deliver broader business objectives and KPIs.
  • Ensure we take a strategic approach to all social content, including how we amplify brand campaigns and stories and execute new launches / brand news effectively, as well as driving UGC and encouraging interactivity from our audiences.
  • Continue to support the paid social function of the business. With the support of agencies and Marketing Director, plan and help deliver a robust paid social content strategy that builds on our existing paid social customer funnel, drives our brand awareness to new customers and supports customer retention, as well as supporting key brand stories and sales.
  • Manage the Designers and Video Content creators to ensure work output is timely and effective and help to identify their strengths and hone their skills, ensuring they start to gain an understanding on the commercial as well as the creative, and encourage and challenge them to deliver the best possible content.
  • Social reporting within the business to ensure we are highlighting and sharing the key figures that represent our successes; build on really robust month on month reporting to better demonstrate longer term achievements. Regularly take stock of social performance to ensure we are constantly evolving and honing our content to ensure it continues to excite and engage our audiences.
  • Be the authoritative voice on social media within the business and stay up to date with new social tools and functions, upcoming social networks and platforms and content trends.
  • As the business continues to grow (and even expand internationally), help define and shape the social media strategy for how we support new launches and multi-territories.

Brand & Content Guardian

  • Day-to-day content guardian across social, website, Amazon, CRM, ensuring refreshes and updates are made regularly and kept in line with overall brand aesthetic and TOV.
  • Work closely with Founder and Marketing Director on finessing, developing and evolving brand comms and tone of voice.
  • Close working with the wider Marketing team to ensure that the content created is the very best in show for all the different marketing activations and campaigns.
  • Prepare creative briefs for monthly shoots in preparation for promotions and campaign launches as well as creating / editing in-house for social / CRM where applicable.
  • Shoot, creative and art direction on social and campaign shoots
  • Continually monitor, evaluate & recommend new innovations and content opportunities on platforms
  • Monitor and share industry trends, best practice and competitor activity relevant to Ecommerce and content marketing
  • Ensure all partnership, influencer and Ambassador activity generated is adapted and strategically repurposed across our own Social / Digital channels, to make sure we get the maximum return out of the opportunities.
