Position Summary Here at Nestlé Waters we are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join us, as a Brand Manager, reporting into the Local Brands Lead. This is an amazing opportunity for somebody looking to continue developing their brand management capabilities working on two compelling brands: Buxton and Nestlé Pure Life.

A day in the life of... As a Brand Manager for the Local Brands portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the marketing plan for our Local Brands portfolio in the UK. Working across all elements of the marketing mix, owning exciting projects you will also:
  • Identify and deliver great innovations and renovations for the product portfolio, working as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of engaging brand experiences, whether it is through digital, experiential, existing or new sponsorship activations.
  • Monitor monthly brand performances and work with our sales, category, finance and supply chain teams as well as external agencies to address and close identified gaps.
  • Take responsibility for the monthly tracking of brand budgets and maintenance with the support of the Finance Co-Pilot.
  • Help drive improvements across everything we do by taking learnings from all our marketing activities ensuring improvements are recommended and implemented into our planning cycle.
What will make you successful To be successful in this role you will already have some fantastic marketing experience under your belt, ideally within a Brand Manager role previously. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for the brands, you will have strong project management and analytical skills. You will need to be highly organised, conscientious and a team player. Pro-activity and enthusiasm are essential elements for this role as is proven leadership capability and creative thinking. You’ll also:
  • Have the ability to influence at senior levels both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills, targeting a wide audience from customers to internal stakeholders.
  • Be capable of P&L management and financial analysis to improve portfolio profitability
  • Be able to run sizeable projects and work streams from concept to delivery.
  • Have prior knowledge of running multi-pronged communications programmes.
  • Be able to demonstrate your experience of leading major new product launches.
