Job Description

We have a great opportunity to join our Housing team in the role of Housing Officer for one of the largest charity organisations in the UK

The role of Housing Officer will include:

  • Safe guarding – experience with safe guarding with social service professionals – Preferred experiencing making mash referral (Training will be provided)
  • Challenging behaviours with vulnerable young residents
  • Rent arrears – Managing 40 residents with different support needs. ( May support residents partners as well)
  • Tenancy/ Licence management
  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Experience PC Literate, word, outlook, excel
  • Regular contact with customers within their properties, escalating any concerns to the local Housing team
  • Tenancy/ Licence sign ups
  • Property inspections

Skills and experiences:

  • Great organisation skills and ability to manage and prioritise your own diary
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to complete tasks within set deadlines
