Within this role, you will have have the opportunity to rotate across multiple business discipline in Operations. The actual rotation teams, location and final placement will be determined based on the business strategy and priority. Potential rotation areas include:

Category Operations
  • Identifying, prioritize and recruit the merchants in targeted categories
  • Manage the end to end planning and development of key categories
  • Research the trends and build in-depth insights into the category
  • Design and execute the category strategy to attract and grow merchants
  • Scale up the business via solid operation plan to integrate the traffic, creator and merchants
  • Leverage data to drive continuous operations optimization and land business solutions
Creator Management
  • Build lasting programs with creators and partners to uplift our value proposition
  • Identify, onboard and maintain a good relationship with creators across many verticals
  • Provide ongoing support, education, post-analysis to creators and partners on how to best utilize and be successful with our platform
  • Be responsible creator growth, content operations, and monetization targets
TSP Operations
  • Responsible for managing E-Commerce TSP Operations ecosystem through the designing of TSP Operations-related policies, mechanisms, and products, so as to improve the efficiency of cooperation between the TSP Operations and relevant platforms
  • Design life cycle and growth trajectory of the TSP Operations in the platform, coordinate the product, operations, and governance departments; build up a operational support system for the TSP Operations pillar so as to increase growth and efficiency
  • Establishing a matching mechanism for TSP Operations and merchants to simultaneously support their growth
  • Responsible for the overall performance indicators, partner satisfaction, and product effects of the TSP Operations pillar
  • Studying for an undergraduate or masters degree, graduating 2022

  • Understand the media and e-commerce industry, and applicants who have a TikTok account with experience in livestreaming are highly preferred
