This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join one of the fastest growing companies in the world. The UK Marketing Graduate will learn by doing, gaining an understanding of the techniques and principles of brand marketing by working on projects that shape culture. Working closely with the Brand Lead, they will assist in activating local brand and marketing strategy, supporting campaign development and execution, and helping to drive cross-functional projects for the market, while ensuring admin is completed behind the scenes. We're looking for someone who is both creative and strategic, and willing to roll their sleeves up no matter the challenge, at a place where their ideas might actually happen.

Within this role you will:
  • Execute marketing strategies to grow TikTok's brand and product presence and relevancy in market
  • Assist with end to end campaign development and reporting
  • Manage back end processes and budgets, in conjunction with the marketing operations team
  • Assist in executing best-in-class marketing campaigns and contributing to the strategic vision, concept, execution, engagement and measurement
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to deliver our marketing strategy.
  • Utilise in-depth marketing research, customer insights and market segment developments.
  • You must be in your final year and have graduated by 2022
  • An interest in brand marketing, culture and entertainment
  • A hands-on, humble attitude, and a willingness to learn - no job is too big or small
  • Thorough knowledge of Social Media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Data and Insights driven
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire to work collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to perform to a brief
  • Outstanding organisation skills; ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple requirements and projects
