Title: L&Q Foundation Administrator

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000, depending on skills and experience__

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with a keen interest in social research to join the L&Q Foundation in a role that is central to its success. You will be an enthusiastic self-starter with outstanding communication skills. You will be passionate about delivering an excellent service and use initiative to drive continuous improvement. You will need to be flexible and a team player and able to work effectively within a fast pace and demanding environment, managing a busy workload and meeting deadlines.

The L&Q Foundation administrator will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, arrange and manage meetings, manage diaries, support the organisation of events delivered by the department, and ensure that records are kept up to date.

There will be opportunities to gain experience in a range of other areas and shape the role. You will provide support to enable the monitoring and evaluation of L&Q Foundation activities, so an awareness of social research principles is key. You will play a key role in raising awareness about L&Q Foundation activities, communicating achievements internally and externally through accurate record-keeping.

Essential skills:

· An awareness of social research principles

· Strong administrative experience in a fast paced environment

· Methodical, accurate and exceptional attention to detail

· The ability to work flexibly and use initiative in order to multitask and meet deadlines

· Experience of working collaboratively with stakeholders at different levels

· Strong organisational and planning skills

· Outstanding communication skills and an ability to explain ideas in simple terms

· Competency across the MS Office suite: SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
