Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join the World’s Most Reputable brand at The LEGO Group on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Your role as our Senior Brand Manager will be to drive the marketing strategy & campaign planning to deliver growth, both for the consume, and commercially.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute a strong and insight-based Full Year Audience strategy and Activation plan
  • Be responsible for the overall strategy for the audience together, working together ABMs and BMs to mentor them to develop further within the UK/I team.
  • Input into the UK/Ireland Marketing Strategy development, objective setting process and consumer communications planning.
  • Be responsible for the assigned categories as a business manager, collaborating with the commercial and forecasting teams
  • Act as functional coach to junior members & role model cross-team collaboration, giving and receiving feedback

Ensure that the key KPIs are met and initiate corrective actions as needed.

The Marketing Department is responsible for crafting and fostering consumer demand for the LEGO Group by converting consumer, shopper and market insights into compelling, creative, and innovative marketing programs that remain grounded in a strong commercial understanding and focus.

This role is a key pillar in growing the Brand amongst our core kids’ audiences – in line with the global vision with local nuances celebrated!

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience with hands-on brand management strategy within Consumer Goods.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive brand equity and build active share, re-activation and frequency.
  • Data-drive n thinking and strong commercial understanding.
  • Through the line Marketing Experience : Brand marketing professional with proven experience of executing innovative + integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong ability to drive strategic direction, meaningful innovation & agile solutions responding to the changing internal/external landscape.
