About the role
An opportunity has arisen within the Retail Partnerships Team for an Administrative Assistant to support our highly successful Corporate Partnerships team, working with companies and retailers across the UK. You'll primarily be supporting one of the corporate sectors which is rapidly growing. The role liaises with three key stakeholders; our corporate partners, our stores and our customers.

You’ll liaise with our partners, stores and customers to arrange suitable collection times and will be responsible for sending confirmation emails, ensuring collection details are correct and updating relevant data.
This role will also involve other adhoc admin duties as required.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Please note whilst this role will be based at our Claygate Office in Surrey, the BHF will be following a blended approach between home and office working. This will allow us to unlock our best work for our cause, blending the best of home and office working.
With excellent communication skills, you’ll have previous experience dealing with customers over the phone. You’ll be IT literate and proficient in MS Office and have knowledge and experience using databases.
You’ll have experience working with numerous stake holders and will be able to work within a busy team. With strong time management skills, you’ll have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
An efficient and motivated team-player, you’ll have a flexible attitude to fast paced needs within the team.
This role will suit someone who either has a background working within call centres or in a busy customer service environment.
