Information Technology Lead

Based in Carlisle, Newcastle, or Workington.

36.25 hours per week


£50k + benefits package

Castles & Coasts Housing Association is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) Information Technology Lead, based in Carlisle, Newcastle, or Workington with a salary of £50k per annum.

If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Business Improvement Team at CCHA. Our new Business Improvement Team consists of Procurement, Information Technology, Process Improvement, Business Intelligence, and Project Management functions and is the hub of transformation and change. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to play a critical part in delivering our exciting change agenda, improving services for colleagues and customers.

As our IT Lead you’ll guide the optimisation of our IT infrastructure and business applications utilising the in-house team and partner capability to deliver results. You will have hands on IT capability, but also be experienced in strategic thinking and planning as you will contribute to the development and delivery of the company’s IT and digital strategies.

You will be well-versed in change and will play a key role in furthering our change agenda which will see us focus upon our digital offer for our customers and technology solutions for our colleagues, whilst maximising the potential of our Microsoft stack including Azure and Office 365.
