We’re the world leader in dermocosmetics, with international skincare brands recommended by health care professionals and distributed in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spa and e-retailers.
Our portfolio is composed of 6 brands offering a range of skincare and haircare across the world; Vichy, CeraVe and La Roche-Posay being just a few. The products respond to all expectations linked to beauty and health of the skin: from dermatological and aesthetics skincare to natural solutions, from the most accessible ranges to the most premium ones.
You will

  • Contribute to the growth of Decleor as a professional skincare brand in the UKI market, continuing to build the brand’s position through efficacy, medical expertise, safety and trust

  • Act as Spas & Salons channel Lead for the brand, accelerating online strategy, as well as leading the marketing aspect of DTC.

  • Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.

  • Build strong partnership with DMI and Zone teams. Listen and develop a deep understanding of local consumers and generate new insights. Ensure local resonance and global consistency of the brand.

  • Work with PR & Digital teams to ensure all marketing activity for launches is fully integrated and advocacy amplified

  • Collaborate with the Commercial & E-Retail teams to maximise brand plans across all retailers (launches, in-store/online visibility and execution, partnerships, promos) and ensure the right consumer engagement to beat the targets.

  • Collaborate with Supply to ensure availability of catalogue and new launches, as well as samples & testers

  • Responsible for managing A&P on related responsibilities

You have

  • Experience preferably within a consumer driven and fast past sales environment, with an understanding of a mix of distribution points

  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset – autonomy, strategic thinking and collaboration are critical to drive these exciting niche brands

  • Vision – able to create and develop strong brand visions and action plans, taking the lead on motivating the wider business

  • Knows how to manage the complexity in terms of number of interlocutors, projects, timelines, meeting presentations

  • Creativity – able to create innovative, cost-effective solutions, to drive the best ROI whilst maintaining brand equity

  • Strong analytical skills and good commercial acumen, to enable you to work closely with the commercial and finance teams

  • A strong sensitivity to the niche beauty market, with a keenness to develop understanding for the different category dynamics

  • Digital orientation - to grow awareness and engagement online across multiple platforms; pure media, social, and

  • Potential to successfully manage people: ensure each individual has a work plan that is sufficient for them to showcase and develop their own talent
