Role: 111 Call Handler

Location: St Charles Hospital, St Charles Centre for Health & Well-Being, Exmoor Street, London, W10 6DZ.

We can offer part or full-time hours:

  • Weekdays

  • Overnights

25 to 37.5 hours per week

Salary: up to £28,000 per annum, pro rata (inclusive of enhancements and retention premium)

Who Are You?

We are looking for applicants who are able to demonstrate in their application form and at interview: previous experience working and communicating with the public with a strong emphasis on customer service. The role will require you to remain calm in the face of great pressure, communicate with, and build rapport with people from a variety of backgrounds. You will possess a professional and thorough approach to work, and you will be expected to build upon your personal development and enhance your problem-solving skills. You must be committed to the role, able to work unsocial hours and flexible to meet service/rota needs. You will receive internal training to enable you to be fully equipped and empowered to totally perform this role.

What You Need To Do Next?

Please note that the next Assessment Centre will be an online one, we will confirm the date of this with shortlisted candidates soon.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to our 6 week induction programme.

Please note that in the event of you being successful at the Online Assessment Centre, the recruitment team will confirm when the next CM1 Training will start. The 3 weeks of training will be classroom-based, taking place at Martin House, UB2 4RP or St Charles Hospital, London, W10 6DZ. You will also need to pass training before your employment is confirmed.
