Vanquis Bank are part of the Provident Financial Group, and were established in early 2002. We help customers who are often excluded by mainstream lenders take control of their financial situation. Whether they’re new to credit or need a hand to help rebuild their credit file to manage life better we join customers on their journey to better credit by providing them access to credit, opening the door to more affordable borrowing.
Who is right for Vanquis?
We are seeking experienced contact centre agents that have a passion for doing the right thing for the customer. Hard-working individuals that understand that the role is continuous phone-based role, but that each customer is individual and requires your dedication, whether they are the 1st or 50th call of the day. Although financial services experience isn’t essential, it’s a great advantage, not to worry if this isn’t experience you have, its something we can teach you as part of our inclusive training that we offer as part of Vanquis’s onboarding process!
If you have worked using a dialler, understand the importance of customer service and have a passion for getting it right for the customer, we want to hear from you!
When & Where
Our current shift pattern works between the hours of 8:30am – 7pm Monday – Friday and 2 Saturday’s are required every four weeks (shift pattern attached).
Although your initial training will be delivered remotely, once you have successfully completed your training, we will give you the option to take advantage of our hybrid working meaning you work from home, but with a minimum 3 days a month in office.
