Rufford Primary School have recently joined The Invictus Education Trust in September 2021. The Trust have six secondary schools located across the West Midlands/Staffordshire area.
Rufford Primary are seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant at grade 3, 32.5 hours per week, TTO 39 weeks per year.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm
Start date: ASAP
The successful applicant will work with our existing team, to provide excellent administrative support to the school and be the first contact with visitors.
The successful applicant will be responsible for working alongside the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the school.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors in school while providing administrative support for the school.
The individual will respond professionally and effectively to visitors’ queries/complaints and contact parents where necessary
The individual will support the school by promoting the good name of the school and contributing positively to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school and ensure equal opportunity for all.
