The content team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok content. Discovering and promoting trends, producing filters and effects and ensuring a fun and safe community for all our users.
The editorial team work as an integral part of this; we spend a lot of time digging into viral trends, but also exploring activations around key cultural moments. We work on creative solutions to bring key moments and content categories to life in app by launching campaigns that inspire creativity from our diverse user base.
We're a fast paced, results oriented team, working across multiple projects and teams both in London, and globally.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organisation to own and support on all things content-related for various projects. You will have a good knowledge of trends as well as activating compelling campaigns based around cultural moments.
You will be excited by growing and activating our audiences and coming up with innovative ways to drive adoption of our key product features, short video and LIVE. You will have excellent communication and copywriting skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will know how to build strategies for different categories and types of content, how to measure and validate content success, and how to create processes for feedback to optimise content and enhance its effectiveness.
Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media and popular culture. Being a TikTok user is a must!
Deep understanding of content strategy and audience development in the UK market.
Solid business acumen and experience building professional partnerships.
Confident working independently, not afraid to voice your opinion and eager to work with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
3+years experience in a similar role, with a focus on content curation, editorial strategy.
