Customer Resolutions Officer offered for a 12 month FTC
Customer satisfaction is fundamental in everything we do at SBHA and we are now looking for someone to join our Customer Experience Team to demonstrate our customer focus.
As our Customer Resolution Officer, your aim will be to investigate and resolve complaints, working with customers and colleagues to achieve a positive outcome. You’ll need to be empathetic, analytical and a real problem solver.
You will undertake root cause analysis to ensure learning is used to drive service improvement whilst identifying emerging complaint themes and following recommendations through to implementation.If you are passionate about customer service, have excellent organisational skills and a strong belief in SBHA’s values we would love to hear from you.
