Job Description

The Senior Graphic Designer will oversee everything identity and brand to address our marketing and business needs. Ultimately, this person will ensure that the we promote our brand but also help to evolve it, differentiating us from the competition.


  • Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
  • Strengthening ROCK’s company and product branding as we evolve and maintaining brand guidelines and leading their development
  • Design original pieces, including illustrations, infographics, motion and video
  • Photography and photo and video editing
  • Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
  • Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
  • Apply typography techniques
  • Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
  • Increase user friendliness in digital products
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
  • Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with our developers to produce interactive media, such as web apps, landing pages, and more
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to develop exceptional written pieces
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

  • Web layout and UX/UI design
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
  • IT/Computer literacy such as expert knowledge and skill in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Highly organised
  • Project management
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Communication skills
  • Confident and professional
